Summary process and housing court litigation
Our firm has represented loan services, banks, real estate investors, and landlords in matters ranging from summary process cases, receivership matters and code violations. Additionally, we represent lienholders in matters contesting relative priority between encumbrances, including municipal liens.

Our attorneys have successfully handled numerous default files within Massachusetts, representing both senior and junior lienholders. Our firm follows a predominantly attorney-driven model of workflow, and we constantly monitor changes to the relevant law and litigation trends.
